Important information for speedy order handling
We will always check the files you supply to make sure that the result is to everyone’s satisfaction. You are welcome to provide an open file, allowing us to resolve any minor faults more quickly. Color
We print full-colour (CMYK), the Pantone Matching System (PMS) or a combination of the two.
Visual materials
To prevent loss of quality, we advise: supplying color and grey values at 300 dpi (scale 100%). Linework (black/white) 600 – 1200 dpi (scale 100%)
File formats:
Pdf, EPS or TIFF (do not use JPEG as this can impact the quality)
Create the PDF using our preferred settings (distiller job options). Download our job options here.
Open files:
You can also provide open files:
Supply complete: layout, enclose images
and convert fonts to outlines (or supply the font that is used).
Use clear file names and folders for layout, fonts and images.
Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign.
Data transfer
You can send files up to 15 Mb by email, you can send larger files using, for example, WeTransfer.
